What to expect on the day
As with all events CFC holds expect to have FUN, with the support of the whole CFC crew that you train with on a daily basis.
This is a pairs comp female/female and male/male 🙂 With both RXD or SCALED divisions. CFC prides itself on having a complete inclusive gym for all members to enjoy fitness together. No matter your experience or fitness level we highly encourage all CFC members to participate.
How the teams will be decided??? When you register you will decide if you will be participating as RXD or scaled. Then on the day your name will be randomly drown in your RXD/SCALED category with another random partner 🙂
CFC is opening this competition to friends of CFC members. However, they need to be ‘cool’ just like all CFC members, they need to be supportive, fun and respect movement standards.
As we know CrossFit competitions always bring out the best in us, it allows us to support each other and hopefully hit a new PB! So be sure not to miss out register your spot today, please don’t leave it to the last week to register as we need to organise the competition with participant numbers
