I came for the fitness and stayed for the community! From the amazing staff and coaches to the incredible facilities (not to mention 24/7 access!) CrossFit Coorparoo is by far the best place I’ve ever trained. Since walking through those doors a few years ago, I can safely say I am the fittest I have ever been and have enjoyed every step of the journey with such a supportive community behind me all the way! If you’re looking for fun, fitness and life long friends, then I suggest dropping in to CFC for a session. You won’t regret it!

It’s been a month since I joint CFC Coorparoo. Being a beginner to the gym, I did not know anything about the movement, techniques and also had a problem of overweight. But Since I joint CFC Coorparoo I lost 4-5 kg in a month and gained self-confidence as well. Professional and helpful coaches, friendly environment, weekly program are the most I like about the CFC. Being a rookie, I had just 1 month membership but now I have decided to expand my membership. Very satisfied member.
