“Hercules Cycle Week 12”
We are now in the final build week of the cycle, which means that the structure of the week will be focusing on hitting those final touches on things before we take a little deload week before our testing / transition phase. This week will start off with the power lifts of the Bench and Squat to start things off before we circle back around on the olympic lifts with the Hang Power Snatch and a Hang Squat Clean + Split Jerk Complex in the later half of the week. We have sandwiched a more gymnastic focused workout on Wednesday to help bookend the week with more absolute strength at the beginning and transition to a power and speed emphasis towards the end of the week.
