We commence another deload week as we slowly and consistently build toward another testing week in approx 5 weeks
Week 2 strength cycle and Metcon for Mito this Saturday. Reminder there is no Saturday morning class. Metcon for mito kicks off at 3pm!
Reminder Monday is a Pubic Holiday. We will have one 8am class and 24/7 Open gym
