WOD: “Katniss” For Time 1000m Run / Wall Walks / Toes-to-Bar / DB Step-Overs / 1000m Run / Wall Walks / GHD Sit-Ups / Box Jump Overs
THURSDAY — Snatch Skill + Interval Conditioning
Skill: Hang Snatch — 1 rep, 1:30 × 10 sets

FRIDAY — Posterior Chain Strength + Sprint Intervals
