Our personalised CrossFit beginner program is designed for someone new to CrossFit who are interesting in learning all the basics before hitting the ground running.
This beginner program will focus heavily on technique/form and provide you with a good understanding of CrossFit and the 9 fundamental CrossFit movements and on how our CrossFit program works.
The private groups are capped at 1-3 members ONLY!! To optimise your time with our specialised beginner coach.
You will also have your own designated beginner area
At the conclusion of the program you will be ready to jump straight into our group CrossFit classes.
