2 Week Semi Private CrossFit Beginner Program

Our 2 week semi private CrossFit beginner program is designed for someone new to CrossFit and/or making the transition from functional fitness who are interesting in learning all the basics before hitting the ground running.

This 2 week program will focus heavily on technique/form and provide you with a good understanding of CrossFit and the 9 fundamental CrossFit movements and on how our CrossFit program works.

The semi private groups are capped at 5 members ONLY!! To optimise your time with our coaches.

You will also have your own designated beginner area

Plus we have 2 groups available

Morning Group – 6am Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Night Group – 6:30pm Monday, Wednesday 6pm Friday

At the conclusion of this 2 week program you will be ready to jump straight into our group CrossFit classes. 

Cost is $65 per week (total cost of $130)
