As a member of CrossFit Coorparoo you have unlimited access to all sessions within this timetable including both CrossFit, Olympic Lifting sessions and open gym. You also do not need to book into a session ahead of time.

 

CROSSFIT – A Strength and Conditioning Program Focusing on High Intensity Functional Movements. Suitable for all levels of fitness and beginners

OLYMPIC LIFTING – Focusing on Olympic Lifting movements and accessory work around the Snatch and Clean and Jerk. Sessions will be programmed around the daily WOD. Athletes are encouraged to attend both the Olympic Lifting session and the following WOD. The Olympic lifting programming is designed to improve the CrossFit athlete.

OPEN GYM – The gym is open to provide athletes with an opportunity to work on their own fitness, skills etc. This is not a scheduled CrossFit class. The gym will be supervised.

TECHNIQUE CLASS – This is purely technique focused. The class will include the 9 CrossFit fundamental movements such as deadlift, squats, press etc etc. This class is open to all CFC members and friends.
