As a member of CrossFit Coorparoo you have unlimited access to all sessions within this timetable.
CROSSFIT – A Strength and Conditioning Program Focusing on High Intensity Functional Movements. Suitable for all levels of fitness and beginners
OPEN GYM – The gym is open to provide athletes with an opportunity to work on their own fitness, skills etc. This is not a scheduled CrossFit class. The gym will not be supervised. This is available 24/7
BEGINNER/TECHNIQUE CLASS – This is purely technique focused. The class will include the 9 CrossFit fundamental movements such as deadlift, squats, press etc etc. This class is open to all CFC members and friends.
