CFC CORE VALUES

OUR CORE VALUES IS WHAT THE CFC COMMUNITY AND CULTURE IS BUILT ON

The its more than an expectation its a given. It starts at an individual level and at every level within the community from client/member to staff to management. Connection – We bring everyone together, we are completely inclusive of everyone. Over-delivery – We go above and beyond for everyone, we look out for each other. Positive energy – Whenever you walk through the front door, you stand upright, your chin is up, there is a smile on your face and you bring positive energy to the CFC environment no matter what! Positive energy breeds positivity. Improving – Always looking to improve, we never become complacent. We are always searching and aiming for that little bit more. We understand its a journey aligned with purpose. Responsibility – We take full responsibility for every situation no matter what. We look within. When we take complete responsibility we have ownership and control of the situation. Fun – Whenever possible in every situation we look to make it fun and enjoyable.

CFC Team Reflection

An opportunity to reflect on your roles and responsibilities within CFC. As a team building the CFC culture and community.
  • Briefly describe what positives wins you had this week. For example Coaching, community, personal etc For example Coaching – I helped Roxanne get her first kipping pull up Community/culture – I noticed Billy Bob our new member sitting on his own before the class so i went up and had a good chat to him. I found out lots about him and his family.
  • Briefly describe what challenges you had this week? Coaching, community, personal etc For example Coaching – I noticed 3-4 members not squatting to depth after correcting them. My solution – is to make this known to all the coaches (staff forum) so they can also focus on these clients and as a team we can ensure they move correctly. Personal – Been feeling a little flat this week my training has been off. My solution is to aim to get to sleep a little earlier each night.
  • What did you take away from the week. Is there anything we could do better as a gym/community? No matter how small. For example I notice we often forget to put the outside bins out for collect on Tuesday night. Some of the 5am’er are getting a little complacent with the dumping of the barbells ‘Noise’ I know I have more energy for coaching when I have a triple shot coffee so I will continue with that 🙂
  • What is one thing you are gong to focus on this week? For example -I noticed Scotty Jones never attempts double unders when he can do 3-5 DU. This week I will help him with this. -Im never going to hit the snooze button this week and drink more water wuth this heat! – Mikey Max has been looking a little flat im just going to make an effort to reach out to him and have a chat.
