Here at CrossFit Coorparoo we have a specialised strength and conditioning program focusing on the CrossFit methodology. We pride ourselves on changing lives through our smart programming and welcoming community.
We pride ourselves on our fun, welcoming atmosphere, and the passion of our high quality experienced coaches who are with you every step of the way. We have a ratio of 1:10 of coaches to members, this allows for more personal coaching and technique correction. Through our programming, support and guidance, we assist you in reaching your full potential. You will surprise yourself with what you are capable of.
We also have shower and bathroom facilities to help you fit your training seamlessly into your day and there is plenty of parking available at every session.
Whether you have been doing CrossFit for years or are completely new to this style of training, we are there to support you and provide you with the opportunity to be the best you can be.
At CrossFit Coorparoo we have a number membership options available depending on your preference; Week to Week – Month to Month and 6 – Month agreements plus options for FIFO and Seniors!
