For me its about building a real supportive inclusive community that fosters the health and fitness improvements for everyone. CrossFit is an amazing platform to build our amazing CFC community. Watching, helping and assisting the growth of members and staff within the community build each other up to be better together is the reward.

What do you love or are passionate about within CFC / CrossFit?
What I love most about CrossFit is celebrating the amazing things your body can achieve, from your first push up to climbing a rope. The CFC community is the most incredibly supportive environment; you cannot help but feel the electric energy when someone achieves their goal! We revel in every person’s win like it was your own!

What do you love or are passionate about within CFC / CrossFit?
My CrossFit journey started in 2015. What I love about CrossFit is that anyone can do it at any age (I’m 49) and any fitness level, as a trainer it is exciting to see how everyone can achieve success within the supportive CFC community. I am passionate about making your training session at CfC the best hour of your day.

What do you love or are passionate about within CFC / CrossFit?
How powerful CFC community is and how CrossFit brings people together, it is what makes our sport so much more than a training. we become friends. we become family!Everson started CrossFit journey start in 2014 after more than 10 years joining and training a Running group (5km to 42km), since then he’s been involved in Competitions as an Athlete and Judged in Australia and overseas. In 2019 he was part of the CFC Master Team that came 3rd in QLD and 4th in Australia at AllStar Alliance Team Series. He has a passion for movement and always want to help people to move better and efficiently.
