About me
Im in my mid 40’s and been involved in sport, health fitness since I was 7. Loved sport as a kid/teenager, it was my identity and was lucky to represent my state many times from a young age. . Got my first job as a PT at 19 in a big globo gym and also worked at Parliament house training some of our federal politicians :-/ Then become a PE teacher which I did for over a decade within ACT, NSW, QLD and UK. 16 years ago while teaching I started a hobby group training business in a park called Suburban Bootcamps. 16 years later its still the same amazing fitness community but known as CrossFit Coorparoo. About me
I’ve been doing CrossFit since 2018, and coaching it since 2019. My husband and I moved to Brisbane from New Zealand and I was looking to get into a fitness world that was about what you could do, not how you looked. I just happened to also find so many of my favourite humans in one spot here at CFC as well. Outside of the gym, you’ll find me in the ocean, coffee and sweet treat-ing with my friends as if it’s my job, or at my actual job as a Public Health Consultant, which I also love.

About me
I started CrossFit in 2018, not long after moving to Australia, and I was hooked pretty quickly. With a background in physiotherapy, I’ve always loved learning about movement, so becoming a CrossFit coach was a great way to continue to do that.
Training has taken a bit of a back seat over the past year since having my daughter, but my passion for helping others move well, build strength, and stay injury-free is still going strong. Whether you’re just starting out or chasing performance goals, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

About me
I started CrossFit back in 2019 and it has been a very long journey from there to here. It’s been full of highs and lows such as injuries, learning new movements, failing lifts and hitting PR’s but one I wouldn’t change for the world. They say those that can’t do teach which is why I’ve taken up coaching this year and passing on any knowledge or competitive spirit I might have left in me. Outside of the gym you’ll find me camping, heading to the beach, watching sport (yes just about anything), having a beer with friends and family and recovering from whatever WOD I decided to take part in that day.
