1 on 1 Introduction to CrossFit

This is a beginner personal training session. This program will focus heavily on technique/form and provide you with a good understanding on how our CrossFit program works and how it will provide you with the results you are after. 

As we specialise in CrossFit we pride ourselves on the importance of correct form/technique. This is the perfect 1 on 1 session to jump start into our regular fitness programs. 

The personal training session with cover 3 parts 
1. Technique 
2. Workout using movement techniques previously covered 
3. Goal setting discussions 

At the conclusion of this personal training session you will be ready to attend our beginner introduction classes or jump straight into our group fitness classes. 

Cost is $35/per session.
