Our 2 hour CrossFit beginner program is designed for someone new to CrossFit and/or making the transition from functional fitness who are interesting in learning all the basics before hitting the ground running.
This 2 hour program will focus heavily on technique/form and provide you with a good understanding of CrossFit and the 9 fundamental CrossFit movements and on how our CrossFit program works.
The is a great oppertunity to learn and experience CrossFit in a supportive and safe environment with highly experienced and qualified CrossFit beginner coaches. The gym space will be entirely dedicated to the beginner workshop.
At the conclusion of this 2 hour workshop you will be ready to jump straight into our CrossFit classes if you decide CrossFit is a good fit for you.
