CrossFit Coorparoo Teens Program

What is CrossFit Teens?

Our CrossFit Teens program is not a scaled down version of adults CrossFit, it’s in a league of its own building self-esteem, confidence and strength, both physically and mentally to tackle any obstacle thrown at then! 

CrossFit Teens program consist of constantly varied, functional movements that deliver a fitness that is broad, inclusive and general and scale-able for any participant at any level. 

This means that, for the most part, no two workouts are the same, so teens never get bored and the novelty of each workout keeps them excited about participating.

Our teens will learn all fundamental CrossFit movements and when they are ready, willing and wanting to, could make a supported entry into our full adult program.

We welcome and encourage a FREE TRIAL at ANY TIME of the year! Its the best way for your teen to experience a class and experience CrossFit

CLASS TIMES

Classes run during the school term with a reduced timetable of classes during school holidays. Contact Info@crossfitcoorparoo.com.au for more details.

Teens CrossFit (12 to 17 years of age) 

2022 Term 3 sessions

  • Tuesday – 3:40pm – 4:30pm
  • Wednesday – 3:40pm – 4:30pm
  • Friday – 4:00pm – 5:00pm

2022 Term 4 sessions – ONLY LIMITED SPOTS LEFT

  • Tuesday – 3:40pm – 4:30pm
  • Wednesday – 3:40pm – 4:30pm
  • Friday – 4:00pm – 5:00pm
  • Currently taking EOI for sessions Monday and Thursday for TERM 4

Important information

All parents must sign a waiver before child participation. You can complete a waiver by clicking here<<<<<<<

Ensure your child turns up to the class 5 min prior to the scheduled start time and brings a water bottle. It is suggested that the children wear clothing that does not inhibit their movement and shoes must be worn at all times.

Your child’s safety is important to us. Please let us know of any special pick up arrangements. 

If your child has any injuries from school or other sports, please inform the coach. Any allergies need to be notified to all CrossFit Coorparoo staff and coaches.

We are always happy to have a chat so please ask us any questions or concerns you may have! It is import to us that your child has fun learning with us, and we want you to be confident in our program.

How to get started??

1. Complete the waiver form Click here<<<

2. Once you have completed the waiver, we will give you a call to organise a free trial class.

3. After the trial class you and your child can decide if the teens program is right for them.
