8/1 Weekly Program

99% are all back from holiday now and ready to rumble!!! I hope you all had an amazing Xmas and new years. Great to see so many of you training over the holiday period!!!

We now kick into our strength cycle that provided us with amazing results previously. We will run this for 3 months before we test again.

We also have the first major event coming up in late Feb ‘The CrossFit Open’ You will notice the extras programming will have previous Open WODs programmed and we will also slightly alter the daily metcons for what we may have coming up in the 2024 CrossFit Open.

We come to the end of the year and what another amazing year 2023 has been for everyone involved in the CFC community.

I would like to personally thank everyone for their continued support of the CFC community and allowing the community to continue to thrive year after year.

Weekly Programming

Testing complete and the results speak for themselves!!!!! We will continue the strength program in the new year.

After a very successful testing period we will mix things up a little over the Xmas/New years period. We will commence the strength cycle again early in January. The strength cycle over Xmas will be similar to the previous strength program that provided outstanding results however more simplified/basic

We will also place more of an emphasis on strict movements especially within the gymnastic domain.

December/holiday period should not see a reduce in training frequency as you want to maintain the progress and handwork you have achievements over the previous few months.
