CrossFit Coorparoo Programming this week will see increase in load % and also the introduction of a new CrossFit bench mark WOD and a taste of a previous Open WOD
Following testing our 1RM lifts we are now back to strength cycles using % for both our basic strength lifts and Olympic lifting.
