We have now moved into our testing period. The next two weeks will include mostly testing be sure to compare your results from weeks 1 and 2 testing. If you have managed to make an improvement celebrate loud and proud!
We are now into week 10 and deaload week. The next 2 weeks we will commence testing. Use this week as an opportunity to reduce the load and place 110% focus on form and technique.
Week 8 – Wendler week 2 Strength cycle + 3rd and final week of the 2021 CrossFit OPEN. We have had some big weeks of training recently and this week will be no different. Be sure to keep you mobility and stretching as a priority
